I would attend "Leading in uncertain times". Business are group of people, and if they don't feel sure, their performance won't be the best. I lived this in my group, for COVID 19 consequences. It was important that leaders talk about it with employees and make them fell sure.

I think to manage a conflict you must be a good leadership.and to explore more ideas we must work together and share our ideas together. And to work creatively we must get more vacation and more comforttable days.

I would like to attend the discussion with Helena Clark about management styles and managing change with akira yoshida. In my opinion, managing something is clearly important on how you adapt to the environment surround you and can help you to deal with any situations, especially in the workplace.

I would like to attend Management styles sessions. I have two reasons why I want to attend this session. First, I think management is very important skill for our life. May be I work office in my future. If I work company, it is useful. And I want to use management skill. Second, I am interested in management. I like to make things with many people and I like to think what should I do to make better things. So, I want to learn management and I want to have more knowledge. For these reasons, I would like to attend Management styles sessions.

Which of the conference I would like to attend? Coffee break and lunch would be great! Just kidding )) I think every one of them could be interesting and useful depends on one's interests. As for me, I would attend to "Conflict management" conference. I hate conflicts at work - I think most of them could be avoided - and how to cope with it would be quite useful information. "Leading in uncertain times" sounds interesting too. Of course, you have to know how to lead your business ever in quiet times but in time of crisis you must be on top of your abilities and use all your skills and experience to deal with problems

I would attend Management styles with Helena Clark. Each person has a different lifestyle. Some people have small children, and some people may be easier to work at night. The former have to send their child to kindergarten in the morning and pick up them in the evening. Also, it will be difficult to stay in the company late at night. I think that they can pork efficiently by gathering people who want to work at the same time and forming a team.
