Hello, sometimes I went to this website on my iPad, but they didn't have the video. It was all black. Um... Could you tell me how to fix it? Thanks a lot :D

I'm sorry to hear that the video isn't working for you. It sounds like a compatibility issue so try accessing the page on a different device if you can - some devices, especially mobile devices, may have problems with some media. Also check your browser and/or firewall settings to see if they may be blocking multimedia content.

Hello, sir. Could you please explain to me, in task 3, the last two sentences, why those answers but not the other way around?

Hello quoc hung,

In the penultimate question, the speaker says 'What do you want me to do next?' This tells us that they have finished chopping the onions and so the present perfect simple is needed; the present perfect continuous would tell us that the job is not yet finished.

In the last question, the focus is on the activity (chopping) and its effects rather than the result (a pile of onion ready for use), so the continuous form is preferred.
