I need to know whether there is some websites to provide free online C1-C2 level courses to take?

The British Council offers a variety of paid online courses, but I'm afraid I don't know of any free courses at the C1 or C2 level.
We do have plenty of free resources here on LearnEnglish. You can find these at the C1 level on the Find resources for your level page.

We don't have speaking clubs like this on LearnEnglish at the moment, I'm afraid. However, live events like this one are organised from time to time so keep your eyes peeled for them!
The British Council organises online classes which include speaking clubs and classes through its EnglishOnline section:
