Come and join our lunchtime yoga class with experienced yoga teacher Divya Bridge!

When? Every Tuesday at 1.30 p.m.

Where? Meeting Room 7

How much? £10 for four 30-minute classes.

What to bring? Comfortable clothes. Divya will provide the yoga mats.

Do you do any classes outside of your work? No. I do not do any classes or study outside of my work. I just start reading here. Hope it's gonna help me to improve my English skills.

I used to do yoga at the center after work time, after a Yoga class, I felt tired but stronger, muscles were hurt but comfortable, muscles were more endurable, my back was less hurt, my legs were more agile. After I got the part time job, I quit the Yoga class and do Yoga at home instead.
