Hello Parisa
In the context of travelling by train, 'to call at' means 'to stop in'. 'to call' can mean 'to visit' -- see the sixth entry (in purple) in the Cambridge Dictionary entry.

Hello yuper,
Underground train networks (metro systems or the Tube in London) are organised into lines which run from one point to another with stations along the way. A journey might be all on one line, or it might involve changing lines, which you can do at certain stations where the lines meet.
You can see a map (diagramme) of the London Underground network on this page. The lines are in different colours.
