Coincidentally nest monday I will have a confere call by skype with some Americans (but it is not commom), I houpe I could understand and speak well. I hope all is well with you amidst all the virus stuff. Be safe.

Well, at my job we never make phone calls to English customers, because the majority of them just talk spanish, but sometimes third party personnel calls us from other countries, maybe the US, and we must talk to them in English.

Could i know why my comment is awating moderation ?

Hello Titi,

All comments on LearnEnglish are moderated. That means one of the LearnEnglish team reads them and approves them for publication. We usually do this within 12 hours.

Moderating comments allows us to ensure that no spam or undesirable content appears on the site. Unfortunately we have to filter out quite a lot of this, but that's life online, I suppose.
