Marina: Hi, John, this is Marina Silva calling from Old Time Toys. Your colleague Alex gave me your phone number. She said you can help me.

I need some information on your new products. Could you please call me when you are back in the office? My phone number is 0-2-0-8, 6-5-5-7-6-2-1.

Also, can you please email me your new brochure and information about your prices? My email address is Marina, that's M-A-R-I-N-A, dot Silva, S-I-L-V-A, at O-L-D-T-I-M-E hyphen toys dot com.

never do that.i m from myanmar.voice massage is not almost used in my country. especially we call directly.if can't,call back later.

2.Do you ever make phone calls or leave voicemail messages in English? I usually make phone calls, so I will be able to explain exactly what I want, where and from who. I think communication through phone is the best way to receive accurate information and to give. Just a few times I left a voicemail message when i wasn't able to reach my friends, but i made sure to be clear and to follow the information in detail.

This is great listening exercise to improve brain memory even though I forget because of I am not sharp in memory to keep soon in my mind but I will get gradually.

I come from Vietnam and I have never use voicemail here for it is only popular these days and we always have our phones with us. I just want to talk directly to anyone so if they are not there, I will call back after.

I am always doing calls because I am a bank attendant and a need to talk with my clientes.
