I think all the conference are useful for me, if I choose among these, I would like to attend the Managing international projects because I think that intercultural communication is the most important things. Going forward, I think that globalization will continue to expand and that ties with each country will become stronger. Also, foreigners in different countries have different cultures. I think we can build better relationships by understanding each other's differences. And it is a very valuable experience to interact with foreigners, so I definitely want to experience it. This conference is helpful. Because I can learn international communication more deeply. For these reasons, I chose this project.

I would like to take Using Storytelling in leadership communication. I think it's very important to build good relationships with people at work. If the atmosphere at work is good, people will find work more enjoyable. So we can do good work. To bulid good relationships like that, leader need to know what people are like. So telling own story each other is good way to show what is me. That's why I would like to take this lecture.

I would like to attend "leading small businesses" with Cheng Wei because I am interested in small businesses. These days, the number of people that were things ordinary students or member of society before suddenly start businesses on the Internet is increasing. Many of them are selling clothes, smartphone cases and day-to-day goods. I want to know how to start business and how many people is working in a small business. Also, I wonder what will happen if a small business fails.
