I would like to attend the discussion with Omar Abboud about leading in uncertain times. Because I can be so stressful and confused in a time with uncertainty. I can not think and behave properly. In my opinion, that would damage my leadership and, can affect bad to my team. So, I want to learn how to manage in uncertain times and be a qualified leader.

I would like to attend Antony Matin conference, because stories can change the way how we can see things and how our creativity is activated when we create stories and try to share an idea or knowledge through them.

I would like to attend Managing change sessions with Akira Yoshida. Every day we are dealing with changes that come from internal and external factors. And managing them in the right way, it's so important to solve and avoid the conflict between employees. Also, each change that comes, employees should adapt to it if the company wants to survive from the competition. Also in uncertainty time, the leader should bring positive and confident to the team. This session would be so helpful for me and my company.

I would attend "Leading in uncertain times". Business are group of people, and if they don't feel sure, their performance won't be the best. I lived this in my group, for COVID 19 consequences. It was important that leaders talk about it with employees and make them fell sure.
