I'd like to attend the programme called "Leading in uncertain times" because I am always afraid of uncertainty. Before something bad happens, I hold every actions for the uncertain emotions. That is why I want to learn how to conquer my fear to bring success into my life.
I sometimes have that feeling, I think that the problem is we want everything under control, but obviously it isn´t in our hands. Let´s enjoy the present to make a better future.

i would attent a conference about using storytelling in leadership communication. because, i'd like to tell some stories to inspire everyone about something. as an extrovert, i dont feel any hard for me, but i hafta try the best, so that everyone feel more comfortable in any side of discussion.

I would like to attend storytelling communication because when you telling story to someone they can listen carefully and the leader quality is one when he talk infront of his teams everyone can listen him carefully. so that's why story telling is the best communication tool to tie up own teams

I would attend conflict management conference session with Tracy Edwards because we often find ourself in conflict situations which difficult to solve and manage, and make sure that they bring development in the relationship. I don’t know about that a lot so I would like to visit.

I would like to learn about management conflicts because if we don't know how to make that different point of view development one project in the end we will have a problem. We need to know how to solve conflicts.
