Marina: Hi, John, this is Marina Silva calling from Old Time Toys. Your colleague Alex gave me your phone number. She said you can help me.

I need some information on your new products. Could you please call me when you are back in the office? My phone number is 0-2-0-8, 6-5-5-7-6-2-1.

Also, can you please email me your new brochure and information about your prices? My email address is Marina, that's M-A-R-I-N-A, dot Silva, S-I-L-V-A, at O-L-D-T-I-M-E hyphen toys dot com.

Yes, I do make phone call and leave voicemail messages sometimes. All though, I am not too comfortable and confident when I have to leave a voicemail. So sometimes, I put down the phone instead of leaving a message.

I never did that in English language. I think it's very important for a company. when a client calling you but at this moment your so busy you can set auto reply.

I prefer to call at other moments because I feel that my messages don't arrive or I feel uncertain about if the message was clear for the other person. by the way, I never have spoken in English with another person, I hope to do it soon.

I have never left a voice message in English, but I want to do it because it is a way of knowing if another person understands me.
