defentlly, I usually help to my colleagues, last month my colleague was very sick, and he asked me to help him and I did do his work.
Yes, I did. I usually help other people with using some application like word, excel, PowerPoint,... They had a problem with it and I checked for them. If I know how to fix it, I will fix it for them. If I don't, I will search in google and try to fix.

Yes, I usually help people at my work when they have issues using the IT equipment, generally they have doubts using the printers or sending emails or when they work with audio equipment when they're in virtual meetings. Sometimes I need to go to their offices but most of the times I can fix the problem o give assistance remotely.
