I am from Myanmar. In Myanmar, normally people take three times of food a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Depend on family type and habit, it can be different. My family have breakfast 7:30-8:300, lunch 12:30-13:00, dinner 19:00-19:30. My cats have five times a day; 5:30, 8:30, 12:30, 17:45 and 20:00.
Actually, the time for have lunch not is the same for all people. For example, I have lunch in the range from 3 to 5 pm, because before of this time I´m working as a teacher. At the weekends that is the same, because I wake up late.
In France, people have lunch usually at half past noon.

In my city, people usually have breakfast at 10 AM. But they already had what is called morning tea at 6-7 AM.
