In my home at country side we don't have this much of infrastructures no pavement no asphalt, no street lights, no round abouts, no crossing.
this kind of facilities are only in towns and cities where you can see paved streets with signposts, infrastructures, crossroads and traffic, traffic lights and square at downtown.

I live in Berlin and there are a lot of traffic lights also near my home but there are not a lot of roundabouts. Street lights are every 5 meters and at about 300 meters there is a Crossing.

Front of my house is a small road. Walking on the pavement from my house several meters is a crossroad. At night it is lit by the street lights.

In my township, there was a roundabout last a few year but instead of it, traffic light is located now.
