Ana: Hi! I'm Ana. Welcome to What to Say!
Do you know what to say when you talk about your personal interests? Listen out for useful language for talking about personal interests. Then, we'll practise saying the new phrases – after this.
Emir: Hi, Paul. I made you a cup of tea. Just how you like it, milk and two sugars.
Paul: Oh, thanks, Emir.
Emir: You're welcome. So what do you do when you're not working?
Paul: Oh, umm, not much. I'm always really tired in the evenings and at weekends.
Emir: Haven't you got any hobbies?
Paul: Well, I've recently started doing meditation.
Emir: I didn't know you did meditation. I do too!
Paul: Oh, right. So, um, how often do you practise?
Emir: Most mornings usually, but if it's really busy, then sometimes it's hard to find time.
Paul: Yeah, I know what you mean. I normally meditate once or twice a week. I never have enough time to do it more than that.
Emir: What are you doing now?
Paul: Nothing much, just drinking my tea …

When I am not working, I spend my time in learning English by taking courses online or watching English programs on TV. Sometimes, I also go the beach with a friend of one.
When i'm not working,i usually hang out with my friend.
in my spare time, I will do activities that I like such as playing video games, watching movies/cartoons and so on. usually, I will spend my free time playing games with my friends.
Normally I read, listen to music or study... I don't have a lot of things to do.
I love reading books it's my favorite thing in this world. I can't imagine a world that Without books.
I don't work but l a lot of have free time , I always get up early in morning after that, i uaually took a shower and always prayer duhu at 8 o'clock next I go to the center for learning english , i study most in morning , usually.

I've recently started playing domino with my friends
I don't work so I have a lot of free time. Though, morning is the busiest day I get up early, tend to my daughter and get her ready for school. After all of these mundane task I get to enjoy my free time doing something worthwhile. So when I'm not hovering over and chaperoning my daughter, I normally read books and often times go to the library. In spite of my daily humdrum I still manage to make time for myself and do the things I love most. Reading books is my favorite pastime.
l like read stories and learning english sometimes
