I didn't took any yoga or meditation classes outside before. I start meditating just a couple of days ago. It really helps me to calm my body and mind. This is a highly effective strategy come from the ancient culture. When I do meditation I just play a soothing music from YouTube then make my eyes off & stop thinking anything others and feel the music. By doing this everyday for 15 minutes, I can see tremendous changing inside me. I think, we all should practice this everyday and make this as a regular habit.

Very interesting

It was amazing and awesome information about inctreasing our comprehension but I have one problem I understand each and every one them but I do not remember almost mejority of them to respond the question.

Hello Saber.Mosavi,

The most important thing is to be able to find the answers in the text. If you have to read each question and then look at the text again, that's OK.

One thing you could try is to look at two questions and then go to the text to try to find the answers to just those two questions. Then go to the next two questions and do the same thing until you've finished.

When this gets easier, you could do three or four questions at a time. Over time, it will probably get easier, but even if not, the main thing is to understand the text. The questions are designed to help you practise this.

All the best,
Kirk
