OK, so my favourite love song – in fact, probably my favourite song, full stop, ever – is 'A Case of You' by Joni Mitchell. It is, it is so beautiful. It's really sad, as well, because it's about the end of love, erm, and she compares her love, or the person she loves, to wine, so wine that she can't stop drinking, that has a really powerful effect on her. But at the same time, she's saying 'I can survive this', because she says 'I could drink a case of you and I would still be on my feet'. So, I love that contrast between the feeling that she can't stop but also saying 'you're not too much for me', 'you're not too strong for me', 'I can take it'. So, for me, it's the most beautiful song. The music is beautiful, the lyrics are as well; they're like poetry. Hey everyone! The songs I call my favourites tend to change quite a lot. Currently, my favourite song is "Alles wird in Flammen stehen" [Everything's going to be on fire] by the German band Tocotronic. I think it is a love song, but actually it is not quite obvious because the lyrics are very poetic and open to a variety of interpretations. For me, the fire they're talking about is a metaphor for passion, because in the chorus they sing "When we meet, everything's going to be on fire" (in German, obviously) which I understand as overwhelming passion.

Hi, Joni. This is the first time I'm listening to this song. I watched a live show of the singer on Youtube. In that live show, she played an instrument, kind of like a guitar but it was flat on her lap. The sound of the strings mixed with her voice, it feel like a balm for my weary souls. Speaking of my favorite love songs, I have a lot of favorites and cannot tell which one is the best. But this song, Case of you, reminds me another song named Almost lover by A Fine Frenzy. I usd to be a happy and naive guy before I fell in love with someone, but after that, I became a sentimental person. This song, Almost Lover, is known by me when I was in loved with a guy but couldn't be together with. At that time, I knew the feeling of heartbreak. T_T Have you heard this song before? Joni, I recommend this song for you! I bet you will like it! :)

There are so many good love songs all over the world. I really like old rock pieces. In my opinion, the Beatles were and are the best band of all time. And of course they have good love songs like "Michelle", "Girl", "Something" and so on. I love these songs so much.

I didn’t Know “A Case of You” neither Joni Mitchell. However, I found this song very sad. I usually like romantic music and my favourite love song is “Return to Love” by Andrea Bocelli, because it’s talks about a new chance at love.

I've never heard that song. But I think, to the mood, it can be pleasant to listen to.
Мy favorite love song is 'Perfect' by Ed Sheeran. It's really beautiful song, that I wanted to dance ti it on the my wedding.
My opinion on 'A Case of You' by Joni Mitchel is, yes, music is good, but I could not connect myself to this song. Hers 'All I want', I Like most. She says, I wanna talk to you, I wanna shampoo you, these are the feelings that can actually relates to me.

I didn't know this song but I've just looked it up on Youtube and enjoyed it! It's good to explore new artists and music styles! I usually don't listen to acoustic music but I can enjoy it once in a while.
My favourite love song is "Honey, Honey" by ABBA. What I love about this song is the feeling I feel when I listen to it. It feels like a romance during summertime. It feels so warm and nice!
I don't know why but to be honest I prefer the happy song. My favourite love song is "I do" that newest version of legend 911 band and Duc Phuc the singer from my country. I love melody, lyric of that song. It's full of love and I feel the intense love of him with that girl. It is amazing when closing my eyes and enjoy that song.

In Brazil, our radio' stations play a lot of american romantic music, but the truth is that most brazilians don't understand the lyrics, even so if the melody is romantic, they love it.

I don't have a favourite romantic song, but I probably like Ed Sheeran's songs, because he sings about love in such a beautiful way. He describes his feelings and the listener can imagine every word from a song and feel it.
