The capacity of the room, efficient air condition, smart and bright board, refreshments and also WiFi. the location is very important to ensure that people could access easily. I forgot to say that voice system is very neccessery during the meeting.

The most important facilities that a conference or meeting should have are free Wi-Fi, refreshments, meeting rooms, a big theatre or conference room, equipment to allow live transmissions and the possibility to record the conferences and good restrooms. I don’t think it’s a good idea to have a lot of distractions not related to the subject of the conference or meeting, so people would concentrate in the subject of the conference.

I want to be near to center city because driving is easy, and a want gym, swimming pool and a center for shopping and a train station, a want to be near from Restaurants and want free wifi and refreshment
I think the most important facilities are the meeting room, computer or laptop.
You need a place for the conference and need utilities to show your report or play PPT.
