Paul: Noelia! I am so sorry! Are you OK?

Noelia: I think so. That was lucky.

Paul: I'm really sorry! I didn't see you!

Noelia: That's all right. I shouldn't have been running.

Paul: No, no, I should have been paying attention.

Noelia: And they teach you not to run inside at school!

Paul: Still, it was my fault and I'm sorry.

Noelia: I'm sorry too. It was both of us. Honestly, it's fine. I'm fine. Don't worry about it. Hey, I saved the laptop though!

Bob: Yeah, I'll be there in …

Noelia: Oh no!

Bob: Uh oh!

Paul: Ahhhh …

Ana: Hello again! Ooh, I hope Noelia's OK. So, did you notice the useful phrases used for apologising? Listen to me and then repeat.

I'm so sorry!

I'm really sorry!

That's all right.

It was my fault.

I'm sorry too.

Honestly, it's fine.

Don't worry about it.

Ana: Try and use some of these phrases the next time you want to apologise in English. Bye for now!

Hi omaymaahmed,

Thanks for letting us know about the problem. I've just checked this video and other videos in this section, and they are all working OK for me. Please try again, as it may have been a temporary problem.

If the videos still do not play for you, it's possible that there is an issue with your device or internet provider, or the videos may be blocked in your area. Perhaps you can try using another web browser or another device to see if that works. I hope you are able to watch the videos in the end.

When was the last time you said sorry for doing something?

The last time when I apologized was the week before when I was showing my project to the guy who finances it, and It started to work randomly.

Admitting that we did or said something wrong, and then apologizing to someone for it, can be nerve racking and scary, but it does not make us small.

As a Conscientious person, I tend to apologise a lot of times for a few minor mishaps. It's very silly though!

Just the other day, I was washing the dishes when the plate slip off of my hand, fell to the ground and scattered all over the floor. I admit I've got butter fingers and I'm clumsy most of the time. I had to apologise to our neighbor who live below our flat for causing a commotion. Luckily, they are very understanding.
