STEP ONE: Your assessment

We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.

STEP FOUR: Your community

At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

It is fantastic GYM the most important feature that I attract to it is that it never close, which is convenient to me due to I often wake in the night.

honestly it has a lot of advantages such as parking, expert, 24/7 hours working, many Equpment and so on but the most thing i guess is the hours working so i can training any time that suitable for me.

honestly I think healthy life style is not only consists of regular exercising but also healthy nutrition so it would be very good to learn about basic of healthy nutrition as well. social events are good chance to catch up with someone who are in the same interest as you. extra nutrition classes and social events both are including in membership fee.

I always am a fan of doing exercises with body weight, so I don't like to go to the gym. I love doing Yoga exercises and trying some other exercises without any equipment.

The most thing I would do at the gym is to feel comfortable and confident, I went to the gym once time for 3 months I really felt like I wasted my money on nothing, they asking for money for everything literally even if you have a small question they call it a consultation so I have to pay for it, therefore I felt disturbed, I waited for the membership expiry with no patient.

Actually i am not into gym much. But whenever i see someone doing a gym i would be jealous at how patient and healthy they are

The gym is the best way for who want improve their body. To be honest, there are having many bad stories effect to gymer. Some people go there to gossip and sarcastic. It's so sad. In my opinion, I want to play competitive sports like badminton, volleyball,... Moreover, it can be play outdoor.

In the first task Q7, It's a tricky question.I didn't understood it until I read the comments. And it's really a real addition to me to explore new way to understand and deal with a sentenses and questions.
