I like that you could train all your body, and it help us to feel healthy and fine with our body.
One thing I like to do the most at the gym is running on the treadmill by listening to music without thinking anything. I feel like it's the best way to forget the stress out of our life. Another thing I like to do is that I use the steam room after doing exercise to get health better. Well, I enjoy spending my time at the gym.
For no.7 of test 1, it showed that "true" is the right answer. I am not sure that gym is open at 4 o'clock in the morning, I thought that the right answer is the " false" because in the context it said that gym opened for 24/7. Please explain me a little bit to be sure.

The answer is True' here as the gym is open 24/7. It's open at 3.00am, at 4.00am, at 5.00am etc. It never closes so it is open all day.
I think you're getting two different forms confused here:
1. It's open means you can use it; it is not closed. [it is open - open is an adjective]
2. It opens means it starts functioning. For example, the restaurant is closed all afternoon. It opens at 7.00pm. [it opens - open is a verb]

Since the gym never closes, it must be open at 4 o'clock.

Actually, I usually do exercises at home instead of going to the gym. And the thing I like the most is the feeling after working out. It's really relax and comfortable. It makes me feel I forgot all bad things in the life.
Mostly, in a gym I like a punching bag. I'm interested in boxing and this kind of sport makes feel me unusual and encouraged. It helps me to go out of my sad mood, which I have because of breaking-up with my close friend. I express all my rage or sad feelings in strong punches. As for me, it is the best remedy for person, who has a difficult period of life. Do sports, and you will feel better.
