5. It’s good to say sorry and sorry again, but you don't need to say sorry in every message.
I'm usually not late, I'm punctual, I always plan to be ahead of time
For me it's very important be on time, because time it's a main resource in our live. Wasting this resource is absurdly.
It's make me angry when people are late constantly. I don't understand this behavior. In my opinion be on time its easy thing.

It was a good and useful instruction, and I should say in this situation I am the person who has to wait for others and it makes me angry and bored, I always say "I will not wait for you next time" but next time I wait again.
I am almost late at the work. I try hard to be earlier but I failed every time because it so difficult to destroy such bad habit even when i wake up early i waste all of time preparing my self. i am a lazy girl and its so hard to be in time for one week for example but i have faith that one day i will succeed to change this habit and be in time.
