STEP ONE: Your assessment
We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.
STEP TWO: Your training
When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.
STEP THREE: Your membership
Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.
STEP FOUR: Your community
At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

I liked the most that the gym offered various 30 minute classes with a variety of activities, including yoga, pilates, dancing, etc and every day you could choose/switch between them depending on your today's mood. As a result, you can enjoy and remain healthy and strong.
What would you like most in a gym?
In the gym, I would like to lot of equipment because if the gym has less equipment then everyone will wait for turn which waste time. Another, in the gym, when you watch other people it improves regularity and reduces laziness. The most part I like is the nutrition, with the help of this one can know what type of food is good to quickly reduce weight.
One of the best part of the day is when I am working out, I consider myself as a sport person and the gym gives me a lot even when I am moody. Working out helps to keep your health sane besides to improve our body.
I would like to have nutrition classes, because I think what affects your weight the most is food, and if you don't know what you have to eat, it becomes a little difficult to lose weight.
I have some experience in the GYM, especially i trained for 3 years ago trying to build an attractive physic, during the journy my own perseverance paid off when i finnaly get an aesthetic physic and i proud of my results, whenever this GYM is take care his members considering the ability to cancel your membership whenever you want or asking for a refund and this is a good one.
The thing I like the most about the gym is that I empty all the bad feelings that I have during the day. For instance, I actively go to the gym not only to have a relief from the pressure or the stress that builds up but also to have a better physical appearance besides a healthy body.
I have never been to a gym but, if I were, I'd like a spacious place with a lot of equipment, you know, so you don't have to wait
What I like most about a gym is variety of the machines that you can find for been fitnees and keep in shape.
Going to the gym is part of my daily routine. I go to the gym six days a week except on Mondays because gym is close on Mondays. One thing I like about the gym is that it has a lot of equipment which I can't access at home. When I work out at my home, it's really difficult to motivate myself. Even though I feel bored working out at the gym, I find motivation from others exercising like me. Sometimes, I'm bored to go to the gym due to muscle pain and overall body soreness. Nevertheless, I remind myself that this is a responsibility whether I enjoy it or not. I can't see my body change within a few days but after a few months, witnessing my body transform makes me feel very satisfied and eventually, consistency pays off. Working out is necessary for our health and body. We need to be physically and mentally strong because they're interrelated. If we are healthy and strong, we can lead a healthier life which leads to a happier life.
