Beside sleep? we use to spend our time most in the garden .In the morning on the sunny day , we can get Vitamin D from the sunlight by having there. And not only we can water the plants also read books by sitting there.
Definitely my bedroom. It is the most quiet place in my house. I study, watch movies, do some workout, read books and I also even eat in my bedroom. And of course, this is my favourite to spend my time alone.
If my flat is in the block of flats, not in the house, and there is the supermarket nearby, can I say:
There is the supermarket near my block of flats. Once I said: There is the supermarket near my house, but then I thought that I live not in a house, but in block of flats and I hesitate which option (if any) is acceptable.

In everyday speaking in British English, people do sometimes say "house" to refer generally to their home, even if that is not actually a house (e.g. you live in a block of flats). If you want to be more precise, then you can say "... near my block of flats", as you said. Alternatively, you can also say "... near my home" or "... near where I live".
One other thing - it should be "There is a supermarket ...".

I think I spend the most time in living room,because I dont have my bedroom and I sleep and study in living room.
Mostly, I am spending time with my parents in the dining room.
I spend most of the times in my bedroom, because it is really comfortable and I can do whatever I want.
