Hi Samia,

Just a quick email to say that sounds like a great idea. Saturday is better for me because I'm meeting my parents on Sunday. So if that's still good for you, why don't you come here? Then you can see the new flat and all the work we've done on the kitchen since we moved in. We can eat at home and then go for a walk in the afternoon. It's going to be so good to catch up finally. I want to hear all about your new job!

Our address is 52 Charles Road, but it's a bit difficult to find because the house numbers are really strange here. If you turn left at the post office and keep going past the big white house on Charles Road, there's a small side street behind it with the houses 50–56 in. Don't ask me why the side street doesn't have a different name! But call me if you get lost and I'll come and get you.

Let me know if there's anything you do/don't like to eat. Really looking forward to seeing you!

See you soon!

Gregor

I make plan in watsap chat or by calling. But never prefer email. Because nobody use email for making plan. I usually use my email for legal processing

Usually I make plans with my friends by calling them as I prefer this and we can tell it like face to face.

I don't make plans with friends; however, I make lots of plans with my family. But not by email. I prefer to speak when we have coffee.

How do you make plans with friends? By email?

I usually make plans with my friends on WhatsApp because it is easy to use for all people. Email is used by people mostly for official work. Some people cannot check their email so the WhatsApp is commonly used in our daily life.

How do you make plans with your friends? By e-mail?
I make plans with my friends by message or in person because it's easier that way. I never make plans by email, only to send documents.

To make plans with my friends it is always by message or planning it in person, this way is easier, I do not communicate by mail because it is late and difficult, it really is not a fast and dynamic communication, so when it comes to agreeing to go out it is complicated because you can not check or say things at the time.

Dear Zaraki ,

Just a quick email to you about we are planning to go Pataya beach on coming holidays. Most of our colleagues from last job will join on that trip and I would like you to join as well . It has been long time that we don't meet each other since after I left this job .

As you know , Pataya beach is one of the most famous and beautiful beach in the world . We can reach there by car or plane . I would like you to choose which one you prefer while other people prefer by plane in order to save the time of transport.

Let me know if you want to get more detail about the trip.
See you soon!

Usually, I make plans with friends via the Telegram and Discord apps. Sometimes we use phone calls, where we can discuss our plans in more detail. Nowadays, email is typically used in more professional areas.
