Hello Tony
I'm so glad to receive your answer. In fact you made me more motivated and be so consistent in learning English. At first, I prefer to answer your questions at the end of each podcast orally by recording in audio to improve speaking skill, then I like to send answers by email.
That was a fantastic idea to stick to a 10000-step challenge which I've never experienced yet. I realized that my occupational situation from time to time imposed on me having a sedentary lifestyle. I've gone to gym for more than 10 years as you know doing physical activities is so important to fit and being active has got a variety of health benefits but it's not like taking part such a challenge that would be so exciting so I'd like to stick to it but exactly, I should follow and observe a variety of steps to get through the challenge. First of all, I should understand that the challenge of walking 10000 steps daily is equivalent to almost 8 kilometers each day. I think I can break my walking down into smaller manageable segments such as morning walking, walking breaks during work and evening stroll. I should use a smartphone app or a pedometer to track my progress over time. Having a walking buddy can make my walking so enjoyable and accountable. The other helpful step is incorporating walking into our daily routines. For example, I should use stairs instead of elevators, and park further away from entrances. Listening to Tony's podcasts while walking can be a smart action to help me keep motivated and fresh. The other way that would be so impressive to keep me accountable is engaging with others by sharing update posts in social media such as Instagram or sharing with friends can provide their support and engagement. Another step to keep me consistent is setting a daily reminder and schedule my walks as appointments in my calendar. Moreover, I mix walking with the other exercises like cycling or swimming to make it more enjoyable and engaging, rewarding myself for reaching weekly or monthly milestones to stay motivated. celebrating the progress is so marvelous especially after keeping a log of my steps to see the progress over time. Finally, life is unpredictable if I miss a day, I shouldn't be discouraged, I should go back on track the next day.
Dear Tony, I'm so sorry if it takes moments reading the long text. I'm so excited to see my progress in English, I owe it to you and your wonderful colleagues, I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart.
Yours sincerely
Arezo
Should boys and girls study together?
There are so many differences between single sex schools and co ed settings . It's a controversial issue and it can be tough for parents to choose one type of schools because each one has it's own advantages and disadvantages . in my country universities are in co ed settings though all the schools are single sex
therefore parents have got just one option and at the beginning of the educational year they make decision to prioritize schools from it's reputation or schools with better names but as for the cons and pros in my opinion one downside of single sex schools is the lack of interaction I mean both boys and girls at some point of their lives have to coexist with each other but in single sex schools they can progress at their own pace and have better academic achievements Moreover they gain confidence in their abilities especially for boys it can help to reduce behavioural issues so educational environment provides a more comfortable classroom experience.i think for the younger kids it's better to choose co ed settings and when the students are older they are old enough to participate making decision and reach a point to choose the type of school with their parents.
Best wishes

Hello Kirk
I'm sure that u will pass along whatever I send you .Your occupational commitment has been proven. This email is sent in answering Pancake Day at the British council app and the title or the subject is appreciation.
Dear Tony
Hi
to you and all affectionate and professional colleagues who have tried their best in a consistently continuous endeavor with great effort in the perfect team work to help us learn English and improve our skills in English. I admire you and your professional and unique work and appreciate you from the depth of heart.Nowadays I'm learning english by using the app and even though i've put the appreciation messages at the website several times by now i couldn't wait not saying my thankfulness to you. I was listening to Pancake Day, tony s voice and his words were so interesting and impressive that it provoked my appetite at midnight. I went to the kitchen and made chicken and corn .Moreover, choosing topics is extraordinarily creative. I ve learned so many things and notes besides learning english that's so enjoyable.pancake day is ended up with a nice joke and in the beginning it launched so great just like the other audios of the app.But as for the question I should say unfortunately we don't celebrate that day because we don't have ester but we celebrate some of the other days like the last day of the ramadan month (fetr day) without any special dishes but at the Norouz especially the first day of the new year here all the families make rice of vegetables with fish. I try to send you emails more and answer all the questions that have been asked by dear Tony. I wish you all the best.
Yours sincerely

Hello, I have a question when I use application in irregular verb section. Can you please tell me which grammar about “waking” in this sentence” I like waking up early in the morning.” And Why doing so?
Hello BetterAdam,
It's what's often called a gerund. A gerund is essentially a verb transformed into a noun. Here it is the object of the verb 'like'.
All the best,
Kirk

Hi, kirk
Thank you for your help. So I can also make a sentence such as : I like learning English more at weekends.
Is it right?
Thanks a lot.
Learner BetterAdam
Hi Learner BetterAdam,
Yes, that's right. Well done!
In your sentence the gerund (learning'') is the direct object of the verb 'like'.

Hello, thank you for this app. The application is good, but I can't say the same for its design. I am an interface designer, I would like to redesign the application.
