Marina: Hi, John, this is Marina Silva calling from Old Time Toys. Your colleague Alex gave me your phone number. She said you can help me.

I need some information on your new products. Could you please call me when you are back in the office? My phone number is 0-2-0-8, 6-5-5-7-6-2-1.

Also, can you please email me your new brochure and information about your prices? My email address is Marina, that's M-A-R-I-N-A, dot Silva, S-I-L-V-A, at O-L-D-T-I-M-E hyphen toys dot com.

Actually, I think leave an voice mail could be easier and more usefull but I never do it .

For me, I never leave voicemail message in English formally. But I leave message alot in English for practice English. I have English speaking practice group in messenger. So I always try to leave voicemail. I think this is a kind of leaving voicemail. Thank you so much for offering this valuable English listening lesson.

I didn't before but now I have to do because I live in London and here usually people leave a massage or make phone calls to anyone.

Hi, I'm Vietnamese. I rarely make calls instead I usually send messages. And in Vietnam we hardly use voicemail messages. One more thing I have never used English to call anyone
