Yes, I have made phone calls and voice messages in one of my previous jobs.
There we told them the reason for calling and ended up leaving a phone number and email address, just shown in this section. However, I found this whole information quite useful, it refreshes my knowledge and memory.
No i have never leave phone call or voice mails before but i have practice the language before in an course before but i was very nervous and afraid of saying something in a wrong way .
