In my country, we put the surname at the end on the card.

In my country usually people put their surname in the end. Some people who want against this this thing put their surname in the first. I have no surname only one name Suraj

It depends on the situation.If it's a formal one people should put their surname first otherwise not.

In my country, people put their surname name at the end, however some forms require it first.

No actually que name is first and after write a surname but sometimes if someone requests that surname put first (obviously) we write in first of all but always in my country write que name firstly
