Choosing a conference venue

I think free Wi-Fi is the most important facility for me when I go to a conference or meeting. Because I think that we often use a computer at a meeting. So If we can't use it, we can't hold meeting. In addition, I think it is important to have restaurants nearby too. Because, I will feel hungry after a long meeting. If we go with someone from a different workplace, we can get along well and work can be a good move.

I think place has an important role to hold conference. So, I think good place is to rent the place where there have an enough space and quiet places. If the meeting member is the same company, you can hold conference at the office. Office is not need money. It is good point to hold meeting at office. But you spend there a lot of times. So, may de you don’t have a strain. The other hand, if, you go to anther please, you have a strain. And more, if your meeting have a parson who not same company, it is equal. Therefor I think good place is to rent the place.

If we have free Wi-Fi, we can share the video with people there. I think the meeting will be more efficient if the video can be shared. Also, can use our own smartphone without any data limit.
