To prepare for a job interview, you should do the following:

  1. Don't worry about the results.
  2. Prepare answers to common interview questions.
  3. When answering questions, remember that there is only one position, and you are the best candidate for it.

How can you prepare for a job interview?

Usually, I am prepare my CV by updating my skills according to job requirements because in interview, mostly they ask about job relevant questions.

My lastest job interview was about 3 months ago, I printed some of my CV which submitted to the company

I have researched some information about the applied company

On the interview day, I wear ironed clothes, put light makeup to make impression with interviewers at the first sight

I think to have a successful interview you have to be well-prepared. Firstly, make sure your CV fits perfectly to the requirements of the position. Your CV must be presented in a professional way. Next, learn as much as possible information that you can find on the company's website (maybe you can find out who will interview you). Finally, the outfit is important. You can impress the interviewers at the first sight.

I would investigate about the company I will apply for and revise the topics shown in the vacant. I would simulate some possible questions that the interviewer would ask to me and prepare the best answer. I would take care about my bed-time and the hours I sleep, my feeding and my environment to keep me as relaxed as possible.
