I would like to attend conflict management session because conflict usually occurs in every large or small company. If one were disable to manage it, the team would separate. As a consequence, more arguments are likely to happen at last.
me too, i would like to attend conflict management.
I want to attend "Leading in uncertain times" because most companies collapse in uncertain times, so a big leader in such times will keep his team unified by the ongoing support and bring confidence to his team members.
I choose using storytelling in leadership communication, I think is very important to look for the best way to communicate at your team what do you want or what do you expect about them in the company.
And also with this methodology the employess can learn faster in comparison with the traditional way.
to be honest, all the conference sessions sound quite interesting!, but i would attend with passion the session which discuss how leaders of small businesses can bring success to their team, that's because i intend to start my own small project, so i'd like to gain some useful, and practical tips from an expert that will save me a lot of time and effort down the track.
A conference programme, I also found interesting portrays all the exercises that we can solve such as grammar reading etc..
I would like to attend Developing creative thinking in your team , because sometimes a work team can have problems about how to solve a problem, how to develop creative ideas , so, I think I could give them some ideas so we all can work together well in the base of that idea .
I will choose the " Management styles" sessions because I think a suitable style of management is neccessary for the team's success. Therefore, finding an appropriate ones and adopting to fit the teams may be an interesting session.
It is such a great oportunity to learn about all those subjects, being sincere i would attend to all the conference, however i fancy the morning progamme, and for sure i would attend to Managing change, Using storytelling in leadership communication and Leading small businesses, the reason why i choose them its because i really need to incresed my skills as a leader and work in teams, and also for a practicall career path knowing manage businesses
I choose "Conflict Management".....working in a team with different characters/ personalities can cause problems regularly, as there is no way that you can keep everybody in a team happy. Therefore it would be nice to know how to manage starting and/ or even ongoing conflicts well.
