Noelia: Sure. Engagement is up 15 per cent this month.
Yuna: Good. So let's go for 20 per cent for next month.
Noelia: Yeah, sure. I'll tell the team. We'll need some extra help to make it work.

Unfortunately, i didn't switch off my phone because i could receive some calls from my family and coworkers.
But i often make it silent when i have an important meeting .

Sometimes I switch off my phone and put it way to avoid any distraction. Other times I leave it on and keep it by my desk.

I always switch off my mobile phone to focus on my job. Notices from the phone will make me not focus on the key task. So, when I start the task, I will switch off my phone and get it away.
I used to put it on silent mode, but now I use a focus app with the Pomodoro method to help me concentrate on tasks.
yes, i do. but sometimes i will set it to 'focus mode'. we will receive a lot of messages from our family, friends, and colleagues, so it is important to silence the phone when we want to focus on something. the sounds from the phone will distract me and the people around me, especially when we are in a meeting or working together. Besides, it is respectful to silence our ringer in a public area.
I never switch off my phone, but I always click the mute button whenever I am attending the meeting.
I like this meeting because it's very useful.
