I would like to ask the difference between "pleased to meet you" and "nice to meet you". Many thanks!

Hello nanalee2024,

These are both friendly/polite greetings and there's no difference in meaning. There are lots of similar phrases - s well as 'pleased' and 'nice' you can use 'great', 'good', 'happy' and 'glad', for example.

Do you like meeting new people?

Yes, I do. I have two points why i like to meet new people.

First one is I want to communicate with new language with them by exchanging new cultures and

Second one is to extend my network with new people who have different ideas and different opinions.

No, I don't. I feel uncomfortable with strangers. I don't know why, but most of the time I find it difficult to meet new people. So, I try to overcome that negative feeling and I still smile, speak politely, and keep a friendly attitude. As a result, I easily make friends or receive sympathy from others. They easily confuse me for an extrovert.

Yes, I like to meet new people. Because in this way I can improve my knowledge by knowing about their skills and attitude. In the first meeting, the feelings are not good because that time we don't know each other but after that it is useful.
