- When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
- Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
- Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
- Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

I will ask about air conditioning in the summer season and a geyser if there is a cold. Also, iron is very useful because when need to change clothes it needs to be pressed with iron. Some hotels have a package of breakfast but they charge more for that. So, I will ask for a hotel according to my budget and the tour type for which I want to go.
it depends on the purpose of the trip. if i go on business i like something comfortable and quite to rest. but if i go on holidays i like a room with beautiful view, comfortable, breakfast, swimming pool,... and the most important thing is a room with reasonable price.
That depends on the reason for I would book the hotel room, If I book it to rest or I’m on vacations I
probably ask for every service the hotel could give for a resonable price, that could include breakfast
, room-service, en-swite bathroom, views to the beach or to a forest, ect, but If I’m booking the
room for work nearby the hotel, probably I would not spend much time in the hotel so I
probably book a basic room just to rest at night while I’m staying in the city or town.

Well, for me to book a room in a hotel demands lots of requests. Everyone should think that I'm really strict but I think it better for me, for anyone. Let's imagine, if you book a room but it has a hide camera, you'll be very frightened so the first thing I request that the room is absolutely safe. Also I need a window for sight-seeing. We travel to enjoy the scene, not only lie down on the bed then just look at your mobile phone,... There're various things I want to ask the receptionist for booking hotel. After all, I would like to reserve a room with at least the safety and nice view!
when I decide to stay in a hotel ,it is important to me that the hotel have things I want . for example Wifi, gym, swimming pool, and a nice restaurant.
Firstly, you need provide information about type of room and amount of person.
Secondly, give a precise information about dates when you arrive, and duration of staying.
Thirdly, provide information about breakfast.
