Subject: Booking 2 nights next week

Dear Ascot Hotel,

I would like to reserve an accessible single room for two nights with breakfast on the 22 and 23 of April. Could I have a quiet room with a view if possible, please?

I will arrive at about 10 p.m. and I have an early meeting the next morning, so please could you leave an iron and ironing board in the room?

I have a promotional code (MH2219). Please can you confirm that it is £80 per night with breakfast included?

Please could you confirm the booking? Let me know if you need any further information.

Many thanks.

With kind regards,

David Mathews

Tips

  1. When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
  2. Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
  3. Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
  4. Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

I usually ask for a room with the Sea view, king-size bed and a bath.

It depends on what kind of trip I am. If it is a bussiness trip I always ask for breakfast, an iron and wi-fi. If I book a hotel room for holiday I request for a room with a nice view and not next to the lift.

Dear King Bridge I would like to reserve a single room with a nice view if possible. I'll leave early morning so could you rent a taxi, please?

I have never written an email to the hotel because usually, I book a hotel room on the internet. Online we can find all information that we need, for example, how is the room, the differences services, cost, and more important the review of the other costumers. However, if I need more information I don't hesitate to contact the hotel.

When I book a hotel room, it is important for me to know if there is a refrigerator, kettle and good view.

When I book a hotel room, I usually ask the reservation person for the location (near the beach/center), price, view, room types, accessories in the room, and kind of served food.

The first thing I usually want it is a room with a beautiful view. Then I will ask for a bathroom with water instead of toilet roll. Also, I will ask for a room that has a double big bed and a big space. I think just that.
