3. You don't need to use full stops (.) at the end of messages.
4. Say how many minutes you think you'll need, e.g. I'm running 10 minutes late.
5. It’s good to say sorry and sorry again, but you don't need to say sorry in every message.

I am usually late, I am sometimes running about fifteen or twenty mins late, I consider that I have a bad time perception, since I don't calculate the time that each activity will take.

I'm usually late to all places, i've been used to it since i was child hahaha. My mother's family is the same, but i'm trying to be early lately.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, i think it's a weird quality.
