I wear a hat to protect my head from the sun.
I wear my favourite trainers everytime I go out running, while I rather use a T-shirt and jeans when I´m at home.
When I looked at the "jumper" in the exercise, I thought it was a sweater.
Am I wrong??

A sweater and a jumper are the same thing -- in the UK, people usually say 'jumper' and speakers of American English say 'sweater'.
