We normally have lunch around 12 pm in my country. But when you take sabbath as our religious you have to have lunch before 12 noon and can't have meal or any kind of food after 12 pm up to the next morning till nearly 5.30 am. You can only drink water or soft drink that must be transparent (I mean see through the drink). By the way, today is sabbath day, so I took the sabbath, I will have meal before 12 pm and I wish to keep my sabbath until the next morning.
Unfortunately, in recent years, the meal plan and lunch time have undergone changes. Most people eat one meal instead of breakfast and lunch.
I live in Myanmar.In my country people usually have lunch 12:00 Pm but other people have lunch 11:30 am.
