Tips

When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.
