Choosing a conference venue

I think most important facilities for me are large screen, projector, sound system, PC and free Wi-Fi. free Wi-fi is most important facility for me. Because if there is no free Wi-Fi, we can't use our computer.

Is that happens further,I think that people who attend the meeting will be uncomfortable.
