i think wi-fi and conference rooms is important and the place must be near to a shop or something if there isn't refreshments

In my personal experience, having a screen is the most important for a conference or meeting. A screen is effective to get an attention when you make a presentation in front of majority. So, I would definitely ask a hotel if they have it or not.

The important facility I am looking for at the conference is access to restrooms. You won't miss the meeting and save time.

The essential facilities for attending a meeting are wifi because without it I won't be able to present my work. Also coffee is something that I cant stay awake and relax without it, and secure parking space

According to me, the facilities which have events and delicious caterings are most important for me. First of all, events make teams closer and you know lots of coleagues who you didn't know before. Basketball and football areas can be appropriate for that. Secondly, I am a foodie. Due to the fact that I always look up for tasty foods in conferences. So, wi-fi, cosy rooms, location of the center are significant too.

The most important for me it is free wifi ,food and drink.And most important of all, i will benefit from this meeting.

I think the most important facility is free wifi.This is because we must use some electronics which need wifi. Furthermore convenient location is very important.Nearly station and restaurants make us more efficient definitely.
