Subject: Booking 2 nights next week

Dear Ascot Hotel,

I would like to reserve an accessible single room for two nights with breakfast on the 22 and 23 of April. Could I have a quiet room with a view if possible, please?

I will arrive at about 10 p.m. and I have an early meeting the next morning, so please could you leave an iron and ironing board in the room?

I have a promotional code (MH2219). Please can you confirm that it is £80 per night with breakfast included?

Please could you confirm the booking? Let me know if you need any further information.

Many thanks.

With kind regards,

David Mathews

Tips

  1. When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
  2. Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
  3. Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
  4. Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

When I book a hotel, first thing I always check review and then price. I don’t mind view, as long as half decent.

Nowadays to have wi-fi is a must for any hotel, but also I always ask for breakfast and a comfortable bed. I also think it is important for the room to have a refrigerator where you can cool down your drinks. To have a view is something nice, but is not something I would ask for before booking a room.

Hahahaha, I have never been in a hotel room at the moment. I was in hostels and those are differents. If a book a hotel room I would like to know if it is in the city center because is easy for me to go anywhere, also I would like to ask What kind of breakfast they give and check in and check out time.

It depends on what kind of trip I am. If it is a bussiness trip I always ask for breakfast, an iron and wi-fi. If I book a hotel room for holiday I request for a room with a nice view and not next to the lift.

Dear King Bridge I would like to reserve a single room with a nice view if possible. I'll leave early morning so could you rent a taxi, please?
