I think the facilities the most important are wifi and Phone and PC charging plug,

The facilities most important for my when I go to a event are the meeting room, the reception and free wi-fi.

Actually, facilities in the conference or meeting are important for a number of people because they feel comfortable at there. Also refreshment are crucial things, people can save their time attending these events, they are easily to discuss more than people they like. On the other hand, it makes these events more professional than other events have nothing.

Actually,I only have a single time experience of going to a conference or meeting . But I think free wifi connection is importantly needed as there might be a time to to access wifi like opening pdf files or something googling it.Also,secure parking shouldn't be neglected because most of the people around this time oftenly have a tough time while parking.

Free freshments and free wifi and closing to the shopping mall are most important for me because I eat what I want to eat with no money and search everything on online by no bill and go shopping after the meeting.

when I go to a conferance or meeting the most important thing of course foods and drinks. I want to eat until evening, because I am hungry person :) also when I don' eat I am feeling don't comfortable myself.
