I would attend to Leading small businesses with Cheng Wei. In Latin America entrepreneurs is a new way to do business because it reduces costs. Small business are totally different in compare to an enterprise. How to manage and how to lead is very important to the small business success.

I'd like to know more details about the conference "Leading in uncertain times" with Omar Abboud, because I understand the it´s necessary to get deal with the imprevisive situations that this excepcional moment of our history, with the Cov-19 pandemy, place for companies and it strategies.

Developing creative thinking in your team- because if a team is creative and original, it will show to the world and everyone that the employees have good ideas and strategies for their company and that they don't copy ideas from other companies. This means that any team with these qualities is absolutely unique and special.

From my point of view, all of the conferences and discussion topics are useful for a good working team.Confidence in yourself as well as capability to work with your team, managing problems together makes the perfect team with a lot of success.

I would not attend any of the conferences because I don't believe they are useful. Full of clichees and spending time waste.
