First and foremost, I choose and decide what to wear because the visual impression is important when we meet someone for the first time. Then, boost the knowledge concern with the job position I had applied. Explore about the mission and vision of the company. Then, plan how to behave and how to talk properly.

For a interview job I prepare hard. For example, I read the rules or evaluation criteria. Then I try to organize every document and practice in the mirror visualizing the moment.

When I have a job interview, I do these things: 1. I update my CV 2. If I'm with job now, I inform to my current boss that I'll participate in a job interview. 3. I search in Google about the company and take a notes about the core aspects such us mission, values, etc. 4. I watch recordings of how to face a job interview.
