Could you please let me know why "4" is True?
In the text, it doesn't say anything about defference betrween small businesses and "big" ones. If it was a "alse, True, Not Given" question what the answer was?

Hello AliYamini,

If you say 'How is leading small businesses different?', this question is already stating that small businesses are different. If you don't think there is a difference, you would say something like 'Is leading small businesses different?', though even that question could suggest that you think there is a difference.

I suppose you could argue that 'Not given' would be a more accurate answer than 'True', but between 'True' and 'False', 'True' is definitely the best answer for the reason I mention.

Does that make sense?

All the best,
Kirk

I find them interesting the views of other users about these subjects. The conference I would attend is that of the "storytelling in leadership communication", just because I find it interesting this approach of organizational communication and communication in general

Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why?

I would attend the Manage Change section with Akira Yoshida because that way I could learn to face the changes that happen in life and see the positive side of it and not just negative things that harm us.

Hi everyone, I think most imortant skills that employer should have are giving right and motivated feedback to his employees, because when your staff knows what you want exactly, they will do how you want, and encouraging their work means everything for them, i am an student but when your lecturer say something nice to your work it feel so good and next time you are trying to do your best.

For me I will go for giving feedback session, as I see giving continuous feedback about how work is going and the quality of the work can help the employees avoid the mistakes next time, also will make the work go fast as the employees will not wasting time doing low-quality work, and increases the communication between you and your team. For new graduates this more important as they in the beginner of their professional life and they want a leader that can guide and mentor them through good feedback

I would like to attend "the storytelling in leadership comunication" because I think that's important speaking to people's heart to create a debate or new ideas but also to convince them. Nowdays there are lots of minds of comunication that may be used knowing the art of storytelling to create a social community might support you and your projects or ideas.
