If you need a help from somebody, you have to start with a nice greeting, explain the kind of help that you need and what can the other person help you with, be specific for time, duration of meeting, take that permission that you need and show your appreciate and grateful for other person that provide the help.

I think the email should be brief as much possible as it can. using kind and vivid words to clear your request and help is very important. asking about whether that person can help or not without any pressure is very important and polite too.

I think the email has written pretty brief and complete. There is no other sentence needed. Because they are going to set a meeting about a specific subject. Then They will have two hours to talk through some of sales department designs

I think I'm going to add some phrases that will show the email much more professionally and explain the problem clearly.

First, I would introduce myself, then I would explain the problem and the need to solve it, and finally I would express my requests

First I’d introduce myself, then I can explain the main problem which I would need help with and what sort of help I expect from the person I’m requesting help and finally I would set a meeting with the appropriate person whom I might get the help or create the solution for the problem.

Thanks for the lesson.
Great site!

What should you include in an email asking for help?
I think I should explain the situation or the problem that need to be dealt with and the reason for help.

The email should start with a nice greeting and details of past discussions or meetings that happened on the issue/thing. We should write what you want from her/his, and you have to identify the time, date, and avenue of the next sit down or meeting, and confirm them with them for their early convenience.

Hi HRT,
Good morning, and I hope everything is going very well.
As we talked through data collection tools in the last meeting we held on November 22, 2022. We have been working on it, and it is about to complete this week and will be submitted to you the early next week to have a good eye for details.
Do you and the WB engineering team have time to sit down on Monday dated December 22, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the CRT office to discuss the developed data collection tools? We would truly appreciate your advice and recommendations, we would be happy to clear it with your engineering department, if necessary.
Thanks

I think firstly start with greeting then I should introduce my self in politeness way.secondly, mention positive things about who I'm asking help from, and why I prefer his\ her help. After that, offer what I want from helper to do for me and at least encourage him\her with attractive rewards to accept my request.finally, thank the helper even if my request not accept.

I believe that polite greetings should be used, the reasons should be briefly justified and concise. Besides, It´s good to leave clear up to the individual that you´re asking for help why it is important his / her support for the project, product design, or service in development.
