I think first of all we have to prepare our resume to shows our qualification and experiences and motivation letter to show our enthusiasm for the position. Then It would be good to ready a CV and would be better to write about our expectation salary, generous benefits and also holiday entitlement and insurance.

To prepare for a job interview you need, first of all, to compose a profound CV so that your potential employer will appreciate your accomplishments and then seriously consider hiring you. Then you need to gather positive references from your previous employers which will only increase chances of getting the job. Also, you shouldn’t forget to take your ID to the interview because otherwise you won’t be let in at the reception. However, all the above mentioned points cannot insure your being approved for the position in question if you don’t present yourself as to be purposeful, attentive, serious, polite and smart. And you can do that via your conversation manner, behaviour and clothing, so you ought to take into consideration these points as well.

I think the best way for me to prepare a job interview to a job or position I want to apply for, is to research about the company or position, then prepare the CV according with the goals of the job in order to be clear about my strengths to do it if they decide to hire me, so the human resources personal could match my profile with the position without any doubts, in the references I usually mention people who can prove those strengths or matching qualities for the position.

Thanks for the lesson!
