Subject: Booking 2 nights next week

Dear Ascot Hotel,

I would like to reserve an accessible single room for two nights with breakfast on the 22 and 23 of April. Could I have a quiet room with a view if possible, please?

I will arrive at about 10 p.m. and I have an early meeting the next morning, so please could you leave an iron and ironing board in the room?

I have a promotional code (MH2219). Please can you confirm that it is £80 per night with breakfast included?

Please could you confirm the booking? Let me know if you need any further information.

Many thanks.

With kind regards,

David Mathews

Tips

  1. When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
  2. Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
  3. Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
  4. Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

I want to write an example for this, too:

Dear xxxxx hotel,
We will be in Bolu for 5 days on 10 to 15 July. So, I 'm looking for a hotel that I could reserve a large room for this days. A large
room would be appreciate for us because we are 5-person family and have three children under 6 years. And also, ıs there any planyground for cihildren in yor hotel and is breakfast include in the price?

All the best.

Firstly, I would like to ask for an available room and then the cost. I like the room to be tidy and clean and wi-fi.

I usually book a flat from private owner. I definitely ask for working table and chair with back. I need microvawe and minimal set of dishes too. I could book the room in hotel only for short term - day or two, then I haven't any special requirements, everything I need usually is already there.

I never had the possibility to book a hotel room, but I consider it important to have a good breakfast.

What things do you ask for when you book a hotel room?
I would like to reserve a double room with a beach view from 6 to 10 May.
I will have an early meeting in the morning so I don't need breakfast.
I have a promotional code of discount 20%, so please could you confirm the price for me?
